Susan Cady, (nctmk at hotmail dot com) is digging up the history of Pierce Field and Jones Pond, AB Hennessey School, Ellis School (was at Lyon and Juniper St.), Hazard School (was at Sixth St. and Mauran Ave.), Hoyt School (was at Lyon Ave. and School St.), Dr. Genter the school dentist, Miss Dr. Alice Waddington, as well as the EP High School Music Dept. If you were in the men's chorus and band when Dr. Farnum and Mr. Pavao were the band leaders, please tell Susan about your memories of playing music with the band, band trips, competitions, awards, fund raisers, etc. Talk to Susan in EP in December or email her anytime.
